Data collected

The site only collects personal data when you use the contact form: your name, your email address, the name of your brand or company (optional) and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to answer your request and to discuss a project with you. The processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR) and on the legitimate interest in answering requests received (article 6.1.f).

Recipients

The data is intended for Axel Hoarau only. It is not sold, rented or transferred. It is hosted in France by o2switch, acting as a processor.

Retention

Messages are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. If a collaboration begins, the data needed for invoicing is kept for the period required by law.

Cookies and trackers

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no audience measurement, advertising or embedded social network tools. The typeface is hosted on the site itself. Links to Instagram take you to a third-party service, subject to its own privacy policy.

Server logs

Like any server, the host records technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) needed for the security and proper operation of the site. They are kept for the period set by regulations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@axelhoarau.com. You will receive a reply within one month.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and kept up to date.
